Parish History
Saint Peter Parish, Chesaning, Michigan, is the newly formed parish created from the merger of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, Chesaning, and Saint Michael Parish, Oakley on July 1, 2013 worshipping at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church site in Chesaning, Michigan.  (Saint Michael Church site is for "occasional use," i.e. weddings and funeral of former parishioners.)  We bring together over 300 years of service and ministry in the Chesaning and Oakley areas, serving the Catholic population in our area.  Come be part of this new and exciting community of faith and service.
